We can provide surface preparation according to ISO 8501 and painting according to ISO 12944 or customer specific requirements.

Flattening is performed on the special rolling machine in 1 - 5 runs. Before flattening, plates are inspected visually, and contamination is removed by hand.

Condition of plates' surface after flattening fully corresponds to world standarts.

After flattening, pieces are stored in the storage area and marked for our process flow tracking system.
